- No interfering with or reverse-engineering Mailgent

Paid plans are billed as stated on the pricing page. You are responsible for managing renewals and cancellations.

Mailgent owns or licenses all IP related to the platform. No copying or distribution without permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mailgent is provided "as is." No guarantees about campaign success, uptime, or AI output accuracy.

- Send outreach only to recipients who have given consent where required
